KJ Shaw suffered a massive head injury in October 2010 and was thought to not be ready to swim in time for the Colonial Athletic Association's conference meet. But the William and Mary sophomore bucked the odds and set a school record in the 200 butterfly. Shaw talks about the circumstances behind the head injury, getting back into the pool and why the date of the accident had an eerie coincidence.
