Bowman and his elite swimmers spent three weeks in high-altitude training in Colorado Springs before Michael Phelps, Elizabeth Pelton and others returned to sea level and swam fast last weekend. He talks about each swimmer’s preparations for last weekend and how it sets up for the summer. He also details how Phelps is getting ready for another Olympic run after a less-than-stellar 2010.
