Purpose: The triceps are commonly tight in swimmers increasing swimming volume or returning to training. This muscle also become strained during times of intense training. Myofascial treatment with a mobility stick may help decrease soreness and pain.
Directions: Have a partner roll the area of tenderness slowly with a mobility stick. When the most sensitive spot is found, slowly apply pressure, do not roll aggressively.
Perform for :60 - :180.
