CINCINNATI swimmer Josh Schneider joins The Morning Swim Show to talk about he's evolved to becoming a legitimate contender for an NCAA title. Schneider has risen from a high school state champion who had never swum year-round to a contender for the NCAA title in the men's 50 free in just four years -- and he's still improving. The Cincinnati resident talks about his growth as a swimmer, why he didn't perform well at the NCAAs last year and what he still needs to work on in order to be among the best sprinters in the country.
