Rudy Garcia-Tolson is more than a Paralympic champion. He is the first double above-knee amputee to complete the Ironman Triathlon, and his success has warranted him a nomination for an ESPY Award. He talks about training for a triathlon, working out at the Olympic Training Center and getting ready to defend his gold medal at the 2012 Paralympics.
