Cortney Jordan on The Morning Swim Show

Cortney Jordan has had a memorable summer, both in and out of the pool, and she talks about it all on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show. One of the highlights of this summer was winning three gold medals – and six overall – at the disabled world championships, a bit of redemption for her after not winning gold in the London Paralympics. She talks about continuing her training to reach her goals of winning, and though she didn’t get best times, the gold medals were reward enough. She also talked about the mementos from the meet she is giving to friends, including Victoria Arlen. In addition to her success in the pool, she was named as one of the NCAA Top 30 nominees for Woman of the Year, becoming the first Paralympian to be so honored, and a great way to end her career at California Lutheran University.
