Wolfpack Keep NCISAA Record Holder Jerry Fox In State For 2023-24
NEW COMMIT: Sprint freestyler and Junior National qualifier Jerry Fox of Raleigh, North Carolina, has pledged his in-state verbal commitment to NC State beginning in the fall of 2023.

Fox trains year-round with TAC Titans and earned a best time in the 100m free at the Phillips 66 International Team Trials after winning the 50 free at Cary Sectionals. He finished 14th in the 100 free at Juniors East back in December, too.
His best times include:
- 50 free – 20.21
- 100 free – 43.94
- 200 free – 1:37.05
A rising senior at Cary Academy, Fox swept the 50 and 100 free at the North Carolina Independent Schools DI State Championships as a junior this past season. A week before the state meet, he broke the NCISAA state records in the 50/100 free in 20.38/44.80 at the conference championships.
