Simone Manuel discussed her win in the 100 free at the arena Pro Swim Series meet in Atlanta.

Manuel explained what she’s working on each time she swims the 100 free during the season and why she’s trying to improve on her closing speed. She also reflected on being much quicker each time out than she was most of last season.
