AUSTIN, Texas, March 27. KYLE Whitaker is in position to win his first-ever NCAA title tonight, seeded second in the 200 IM at the NCAA Men’s Division I Swimming and Diving Championships.
In this video interview with Swimming World’s Mike Stott, Whitaker discusses the minor details that could mean a lot in vying for the win in a very tight field tonight. Among those details are his back-to-breast turn, which he said was “a little long.” He also plans to have a better freestyle turn to set up for the final 25 yards.
