17-year-old Kayla Sanchez visited with the media on Friday night at the TYR Pro Swim Series in Knoxville to discuss her meet as well as the latter half of her 2018, where she broke a couple world junior records.
Sanchez currently trains at the High Performance Centre in Ontario with the likes of Penny Oleksiak and some of Canada’s best swimmers. Sanchez talked about how she is having more fun than she has ever had this year in training thanks to the addition of more men to the group.
