Katie Meili has qualified for her first World Championships team after finishing second in the women’s 100 breaststroke. Following her two medals last year in Rio, she spent the last year traveling on the World Cup circuit and studying for the LSAT, and she explained what that experience was like.
After returning from Worlds, Meili will begin studying at Georgetown Law School. She does not plan on retiring but has not yet sorted out her training situation.
