NC State senior Justin Ress talked about his still ongoing transition from a distance swimmer to a sprinter. Ress also discussed how much weight he has gained since coming to college and how that is helping his swimming.
Ress also talked about ways he is having fun and enjoying swimming including some trash talk he dishes out to his teammates in between sets.
