ORLANDO- Elizabeth Beisel was not planning on swimming this morning. Definitely not diving off the blocks. Beisel injured her groin during the 400 I.M. at the Austin Arena Pro Series. Tonight she won the 400 free by two seconds going a 4:10.99. Here she chats on recovering from her injury and what it’s like training with a post-grad group composed mostly of foreign swimmers.
