Stanford’s Ella Eastin, who was named CSCAA Swimmer of the Meet, had dominating performances at the NCAA Championships. The junior won the 200 IM, 400 IM, 200 fly and was a member of the victorious 4×200 and 4×100 free relays.

Eastin talks about Stanford’s goal of making this meet matter on both a team and individual basis. She says it’s easier to stay motivated knowing that every one of her teammates is working hard each day and that the lifelong friendships made with her teammates makes it all worth it.

She says she is appreciating her successes but is going to continue moving forward, revealing that the transition into long course this summer will be a little bit of a redemption for herself.
