ORLANDO- Cody Miller swam his way to a 2:10.28, a lifetime best which also happens to be the fastest time in the world this year. He shares with Swimming World what he learns from his best races and how he can clean up his last 50. This is the first time Miller has won both the 100 and 200 breast at the an Arena Pro Series. Miller is pleased with a best time, but wants to crack 2:10.

Look out, Mr. Cordes, you got company.

And that goes doubled for Sr Gyurta.

If I’m not mistaken Cody still holds the 15-16 NAG record in 200 yard breast too. With the Trials next year in Omaha, a hop, skip snd a jump from his home bases of Madison/Bloomington, he’ll undoubtedly have a big rooting section there next summer.

Enough to,propel him to Rio? Could be.
