Left Sidebar
Kentucky’s Asia Seidt swam a best time to win the 200 back on Saturday night at the Columbus Pro Swim Series. Seidt finished 1-2-3 with two of her teammates from Lexington and she talked about that team atmosphere and what it is like to have a lot of her teammates here in Columbus.
Seidt also revealed she doesn’t need a lot of rest to swim fast (as indicated by her best time in-season), and she will most likely rest less than a week for Nationals this summer.
