Annie Lazor won the 100 breast on the second night of the TYR Pro Swim Series in Knoxville as she dropped a full second off her best time in that event. Lazor came in to the meet with a 1:07.89 and swam exactly a full second faster tonight with a 1:06.89.
Lazor talked about how she doesn’t know how she is swimming so fast after taking a year off after the 2016 Olympic Trials. She had a very good Short Course World Championships, taking a surprising gold in the 200 breast.
Lazor talked about how she was at Auburn and found her way to Indiana to train alongside fellow post-grads Cody Miller, Zane Grothe and Ashley Neidigh.
