Caroline Baldwin is the seventh seed heading into tonight’s 100 free final after posting a 49.42 during prelims. She also posted two second-place finishes in the 50 free (22.33) and 100 back (52.70).
The North Carolina junior discussed the energy her team has at this meet despite being a small group. She also talked about the competition in the ACC and how the Tar Heels are focused on conference championships and NCAAs.
