Jacob Pebley spoke about his love for the individual and competitive aspects of the sport of swimming in the video introducing him as a member of the US Olympic Team. The Cal graduate elaborated on how important swimming has been to his development and the significance of getting to be collegiate swimmer.
The 22 year old also talked about the excitement and honor that comes along with representing the United States. He will swim the 200 backstroke in Rio, after finishing second in the event in Omaha.
