Lilly King is headed to the 2016 Olympic Games despite not even making Olympic Trials in 2012. The 19 year old won the 100 and 200 breaststroke at Olympic Trials and heads to Rio in those events.
The first time Olympian opened up in her USA Swimming Olympic Team introduction video, and discussed her love of Halloween and her secret talent of memorizing obscure movie quotes.
The Indiana University swimmer recalled the moment that changed her swimming path, and gave her the “self belief” that she could have significant success in the sport.
