Katie Ledecky is no stranger to international success ad representing the United States. That did not stop the 19 year old from nearly giggling while recalling the first time she was issued United States swim caps.
In her Olympic Team introduction video, Ledecky also spoke about her humble beginnings in the sport, and her favorite memories spent enjoying summer league.
Ledecky will head to her second Olympic Games as the youngest member of the US Swimming Team for the second time in a row. She is slated to swim the 200, 400, and 800 freestyles, as well as the 800 freestyle relay and possibly the 400 freestyle relay.
