Elizabeth Beisel spoke about the youth on this summer’s Olympic team, and how despite it being her third Olympics she still feels a part of the youth. The 23 year old reflected on the relief veterans experience when making the team, in comparison to the excitement of the rookies.
Beisel, a captain on this summer’s team, described her role in the group. The 2012 silver medalist in the event will swim the 400 IM on Saturday morning, in what she considers to be one of the most stacked races for the women.
