USA Swimming Foundation Board of Directors Adds Andrew Wilson, Dan Clough, John Enquist, Kyle Jackson
Four new members are joining the USA Swimming Foundation Board of Directors, it was announced on Wednesday.
Dan Clough, John Enquist, Kyle Jackson and Andrew Wilson were elected by the USA Swimming Board of Directors at its November meeting to serve on the USA Swimming Foundation Board of Directors starting in 2023 through 2025. Jill Bornstein, Cynthia Eubanks and Cullen Jones were re-elected to the Board of Directors for their second terms.
“Our board of directors is pivotal to the success of the USA Swimming Foundation, and I’m proud of the dynamic and energetic group we’ve brought together,” Executive Director of the USA Swimming Foundation Lucinda McRoberts said. “Dan (Clough), John (Enquist), Kyle (Jackson) and Andrew (Wilson) bring a diverse skill set and a variety of professional experiences to the team that align distinctly with the goals of our organization. We’re grateful for the continued dedication from Jill, Cynthia and Cullen as they begin their second terms.”
Clough serves as Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting. His previous stops include KPMG and Gartner Consulting, and a career in law. He’s a former President of Hershey Aquatic Club and Vice Chair of Operations at Middle Atlantic Swimming.
Clough also serves as Board President of SwimHershey, a nonprofit corporation focused on providing aquatics education, access, and opportunity to the regional community in Pennsylvania. Also a USA Swimming official, starter and referee, he and his wife, Emily, live in Hershey, Pa. Their children, Caroline (20) and Colin (18), both started swimming at age five. Colin is continuing his swimming career at a university in the D.C. area.
A USA Swimming coach and official, Enquist is Managing Partner of the RJ Enquist Family Partnership and a competitive U.S. Masters swimmer. He serves as an assistant swim coach at the College of the Florida Keys. He swam collegiately at Northwestern.
Enquist is the father of Annabel – a former competitive diver at Emory University – and John, Jr. – a former competitive swimmer at Union College. He’s been a member of Northwestern’s Leadership Council for more than 10 years.
Jackson brings more than 17 years of professional marketing experience and philanthropic fundraising efforts to the USA Swimming Foundation Board. He currently serves as Executive Vice President, Performance Marketing Center of Excellence with Publicis Media.
He was a Division I swimmer at Purdue and served on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for U.S. Masters Swimming. Jackson has worked with Make-A-Wish Foundation, Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Chicago Steering Committee and the Association of Frontotemporal Dementia (AFTD) on their fundraising initiatives. He and his husband, Mike, live in Chicago.
Wilson is a member of USA Swimming Athlete Advisory Committee, an internal governance committee elected by peers to advocate for the interests of elite athletes. A 2020 Olympic gold medalist and Olympic individual finalist, he is a short course world champion and a member of the American record setting 4×100m medley relay. He recently completed his Master’s degree at Oxford and will pursue a career in engineering modeling.
