US Masters Synchro Championships Set to Begin in California

SAN RAMON, Calif. – More than 250 synchronized swimmers from across the country will compete at the U.S. Masters Championships Oct. 18-21 at the Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center.
The athletes, ranging in age from 20 to 85, will compete in solo, duet, trio, team, combo and figures.
The U.S. Senior National Team will perform a special routine on Saturday, Oct. 20, and fans will have the opportunity to meet the team members and receive autographs.
Jolyn will be on site selling swimsuits on Friday, Oct. 19, and fans will be able to meet water polo Olympic medalists Heather Petri and Nicolle Payne. Fine Designs will be at the pool throughout the competition creating customized event apparel.
Tickets are $8 a day or $25 for an all-event pass (there are also special rates for children and seniors), and are available here.
There will be 34 teams competing at the U.S. Masters Championships, including seven from California and several from Canada and Japan.
