The Cavalier Aquatic Club/Piedmont Family YMCA swimmer has nabbed four age-group records, setting the mark in the 100 free, 200 free and 100 fly. He also swam a leg on the record-setting 400 free relay.
Heilman declared a false start in the 100 free on Saturday. He’ll likely get a chance at a flat-start time in that on the 400 free relay Saturday night on the final day of finals. That swim will come after his 200 fly final.
