Stanford Women, Cal Men Lead CSCAA Poll; Texas Men Tumble

Michigan, Cal and Texas finished third, fourth and fifth in the women’s poll. On the men’s side, Indiana ranked second ahead of Florida, Stanford and NC State. Texas, meanwhile, fell from No. 2 to No. 8 after a loss at Arizona State. The Sun Devils, meanwhile, moved up to No. 7.
The CSCAA stresses in every poll release that, “The poll aims to measure the top teams in head-to-head competition” — hence, not necessarily predicting how they will stack up come championship time.
With dual meet season on the verge of wrapping up, the next poll will come out next Wednesday, Feb. 7. Check out the full rankings below.
