A Junior National qualifier, Lugbill does her club swimming with Mason Manta Rays and placed ninth in the 200 breast and 12th in the 400 IM at the Southern Premier Invitational earlier this year. She raced three events at Juniors East in December and competed at Junior Nationals last summer.
