Stanford’s Simone Manuel discussed her 100 free win on Wednesday night in Irvine as she moves forward to Pan Pacs. Manuel talked about where she needs to see improvement as well as why she doesn’t feel like the best in the world despite winning the Olympic gold medal and the World Championship gold last summer.
Manuel also talked briefly about her feelings when Katie Drabot finished second in the 200 fly final to start the night off.
