Rikako Ikee Claims 100 Fly Meet Record at 2015 FINA World Junior Championships

Japan’s Rikako Ikee closed out her impressive meet with another triumph, this time in the women’s 100-meter fly at the 2015 FINA World Junior Championships.
Ikee clocked a meet-record time of 58.28 in the finale. That swim eclipsed the previous record of 58.34 set by Svetlana Chimrova back in 2013.
Penny Oleksiak of Canada picked up silver with a time of 58.50, while Australia’s Gemma Cooney earned the bronze with a time of 58.98.
