Reece Whitley to Host Three-Session Virtual Breaststroke Course
After recently announcing his intention to return to Cal-Berkeley for a fifth year, breaststroke standout Reece Whitley will be debuting a three-session virtual course, starting September 11th, where he will cover everything from his medal-winning breaststroke form, race day preparation, dryland exercises and more.
Using Instacoach, a new platform dedicated towards making NCAA and Olympic Athletes more accessible through virtual and in-person private lessons, Whitley hopes to help younger swimmers reach their full potential.
“I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to connect with people of all ages, that are seeking to either nail the basics or elevate their performance overall,” Whitley said. “If I had the chance to learn from NCAA Champion swimmers when I was coming up, I would be even better than I am today. I couldn’t be more grateful to Instacoach for giving me this platform.”

Whitley has played a key role in Cal regularly ranking as one of the top teams in the nation, including as the reigning NCAA team champion. Cal will be favored to retain its championship during the upcoming 2022-23 season.
