ORLANDO, Florida, March 20. IF you missed Carsten Vissering winning the 100 breaststroke last night at the NCSA junior nationals, we have footage of him setting the 15-16 national age group record in the event!
Race recap:
Vissering won the event with a ridiculously fast 52.83, a new 15-16 NAG and the title of being the first swimmer in his age group to break the 53 second mark in the event. The NAG was previously held by Andrew Seliskar at a 53.26, set at last year’s NCSA Junior National Championships. Second place went to Clovis Swim Club’s Connor Hoppe, 18, with a 53.12. Michael Andrew took third with a 54.40, just off of his 54.04 NAG.
