NEW COMMIT: Needham, Mass. native Henry Keegan has committed to Seton Hall University beginning in the fall of 2019.

Keegan does his club swimming with Gator Swim Club and most recently competed at NCSAs where he recorded a pair of best times. He finaled in the 400 IM at New England Seniors in December and notched five lifetime bests at New England LCM Seniors this past summer. Also competing for Needham High School, Keegan is a six-time Massachusetts DI State Championship finalist and was the 200 IM runner-up during his senior season.

He told Swimming World:

“The moment I stepped on campus and met with coach Sapp, I knew Seton Hall was the place for me. I cannot thank my family, friends, and coaches enough for where I am today. And a special thanks to Coach Danny, who helped me become the swimmer and human I am today. I cant wait for the next 4 years! #HALLin”

His best times include:

  • 200 IM – 1:56.09
  • 100 free – 48.91
  • 200 free – 1:44.51
