Cal was the mid-season favorite to win NCAAs, but Stanford showed why they have won the last three titles, setting themselves up for what will be an exciting championships in March.

By the 2014 NCAAs, only two schools were doing it consistently: NC State and Texas. Louisville joined the group in the fall of 2014. And today, the start has expanded to other countries.

The Chinese Olympic Swimming Trials and National Championships have been postponed as a result of the Coronavirus emergency. The event, due to have taken place from March 28 to April 4, has been provisionally rescheduled for May 10-16 in hopes that the outbreak of the virus will have been sufficiently contained by then.
