Parkway’s Noah Scheuermann Delivers Verbal to Arizona State

NEW COMMIT: Lake St. Louis, Missouri’s Noah Scheuermann has declared his verbal pledge to Arizona State and will arrive in Tempe next fall.
Scheuermann swims year-round with Parkway Swim Club and owns the Winter Juniors standard in the 400 IM. He capped off his long course season with a 12th-place showing in the 200m fly at NCSAs and was the runner-up in that event with five additional finals appearances at Jenks Speedo Sectionals. He raced four events at Juniors West last winter, won the 1000 free and 400 IM at Ozark Seniors in February, and earned the bronze in the 400 IM at Columbia Sectionals in March.
Also swimming for Holt High School, Scheuermann is a three-time Missouri State Championship finalist. He placed third in the 500 free and sixth in the 200 IM as a junior after placing eighth in the 100 fly during his sophomore season.
He told Swimming World:
“I really like the team on my visit and everything about the school. I think it’s a great fit to further my swimming and education.”
His best times include:
- 200 IM – 1:52.70
- 400 IM – 3:58.48
- 100 fly – 51.01
- 100 back – 51.96
When he suits up for the Sun Devils as a member of the class of 2023, Scheuermann will add valuable depth to an IM training group that includes Daniel Comforti, Grant House and Liam Bresette. Arizona State finished fourth at last season’s Pac-12 Championships.
