Olympic Trials Qualifier Grace Rabb Hands 2025 Verbal to Gators
NEW COMMIT: Chaska, Minnesota native Grace Rabb will head to a warmer climate for her college career, as the Olympic Trials qualifier has verbally committed to the University of Florida beginning in Fall 2025.
She will join Lynsey Bowen in Gainesville as a member of the Gators’ Class of 2029.
Regarding her commitment, she said:
“I am extremely blessed to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athlete and academic career at the University of Florida! All glory to God and my Savior Jesus! Thanks to my amazing family for supporting and loving me unconditionally, to all my coaches over the years, especially Coach Kate, and to the Florida swimming coaches and team for this amazing opportunity! Rabb does her club swimming with Aquajets Swim Team and finished eighth in the 100m back this past summer at Junior Nationals, also taking 20th in the 200m IM. She had four top-13 finishes at Juniors West last December and earned bronze in the 200 breast at the NCSA Spring Championships.
Her best times include:
- 100 back – 52.78
- 200 back – 1:55.84
- 200 breast – 2:11.06
- 100 breast – 1:01.57
- 200 IM – 1:58.73
- 100 fly – 54.43
- 400 IM – 4:17.25
Currently a junior at Andover High School, Rabb is a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.
She would’ve ranked second on the Gators’ lineup last season in the 200 breast, third in the 100 back and 100 breast, and fourth in the 200 back.
