Olympic Relay Gold Medalist Cody Miller Signs With Speedo
Olympic relay gold medalist Cody Miller has officially signed with Speedo, he announced on his YouTube channel and on social media.
“I couldn’t be more excited to represent the GREATEST Swim Brand on Planet Earth,” Miller wrote. “So stoked for what the future has in store for us, very exciting stuff!!”
Miller, now 29, is one of the top breaststrokers in the United States and is the reigning Olympic bronze medalist in the 100 from Rio. He recently had a baby boy with his wife Ali as he is currently training for what would be his second Olympic appearance in Tokyo. He won two medals in Rio – a bronze in the 100 breaststroke and a gold in the 4×100 medley relay.
He still trains at Indiana University with coach Ray Looze and is also a member of the DC Trident in the International Swimming League. Miller has become one of the most popular swimmers in the United States for his YouTube vlogs where he has amassed 156,000 subscribers.
Cody Miller joins a list of American Team Speedo swimmers ahead of the Olympic and Paralympic Games this summer including Caeleb Dressel, Kathleen Baker, Ryan Murphy, Abbey Weitzeil, Kevin Cordes, Nathan Adrian, Hali Flickinger and Becca Meyers.
