New Mexico Record Holder Savannah Skow Verbals To Princeton For 2025

NEW COMMIT: Princeton University has received a verbal commitment* for the Fall of 2025 from Junior National qualifier Savannah Skow of Las Cruces, New Mexico.

She told Swimming World:

“I am so very excited to finally announce my verbal commitment to the admissions process at Princeton University, and if I am accepted I will attend!! I am extremely grateful to Coach Abby and Coach Juan for giving me this opportunity to further my academic and athletic career! A huge thanks as well to my family, coaches, teammates, and friends who have all constantly supported me and have helped me reach this point. I cannot wait to be a part of this amazing team! GO TIGERS!!!”
Skow does her club swimming with Las Cruces Aquatic Team and won the 100m fly and 200m IM at Western Zone Seniors this past summer, where she also earned six best times and recorded five additional top-7 finishes. She also won five events at New Mexico LCM Championships.

Her best times include:

  • 500 free – 4:52.30
