NECOCHEA, Argentina, January 29. OVER the weekend, Necochea, Argentina played host to an ocean-side meet from Jan. 27-28.
Eduardo Otero swept the backstroke events with a 26.05 in the 50 and a 57.73 in the 100, while Walter Arciprete did the same in the breaststroke with wins in the 50 in 28.77 and the 100 in 1:02.95.
Jose Melconian followed with a 100-meter fly win in 55.50, while Gustavo Paschetta won the 50 edition in 24.70.
Jose Meolans took first in the 50-meter free in 22.99 and the 100-meter free in 50.82.
Meanwhile, Agustin Fiorilli got his hand to the wall first in 4:00.36 in the 400-meter free, before winning the 400-meter IM in 4:31.06.
