NCAA Day 2 Finals: Georgia, Louisville Load Up Finals – Up-Downs and Heat Sheets

The 2024 NCAA Women’s Division I Swimming and Diving Championships continues from Athens, Georgia, with the Day 2 finals sessions.

The session begins at 6 p.m. ET and will consist of the 500 freestyle, 200 IM and 50 freestyle before 1-meter diving and the 200 freestyle relay.

A number of schools had tremendous mornings to load up the finals, led by Virginia and Florida. Georgia, Louisville and Stanford also had strong mornings.

Georgia loaded up three swimmers in the 500 freestyle finals, while Louisville used a swim-off to make it three in the 50 free finals.

The top seeds in each individual event heading into finals are Florida’s Emma Weyant in the 500 freestyle, Virginia’s Alex Walsh in the 200 IM and Virginia’s Gretchen Walsh in the 50 free.
