Nathan Adrian, Wife Hallie Announce Birth of Daughter
Three-time Olympian Nathan Adrian announced that his wife Hallie gave birth to a baby girl, Parker Jacquelyn Adrian.
“Welcome to the world Parker Jacquelyn Adrian!!! You are loved more than you can know right now but we have plenty of time to show you ??,” Adrian wrote on Instagram. “I am already on that nap train ? but more importantly @halpal12 is already off to a great start being the best mom a girl could have!”
This is Adrian family’s first child since the couple wed in September 2018.
Nathan Adrian joins the growing list of Olympic medalists turned fathers ahead of the Tokyo Games, joining Adam Peaty and Cody Miller who will enter fatherhood ahead of next summer. Adrian, who will be 32 by the games, won four medals in Rio, taking golds in the 4×100 free and medley relays, and bronze in the 50 & 100 freestyle.
Adrian has been one of the most consistent sprinters of the last 10 years, establishing himself as a mainstay on the U.S. national team since making his first team in 2008.
Nathan Adrian was the Olympic gold medalist in the 100 freestyle in 2012 and has also won four other Olympic gold medals in relays. He is training for what would be his fourth trip to the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
