Michael Phelps returned to his hometown of Baltimore Sunday afternoon to lead his beloved Ravens out onto the field prior to their week five game against Washington.
Phelps was also reunited with former Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis, whom Phelps considers a close friend and mentor. Phelps revealed at the Olympics in Rio that Lewis had been among those who he spoke with during the dark time after his second DUI in October 2014.
Also in attendance, of course, was Phelps’ five-month-old son Boomer.
Despite Phelps’ attendance, the Ravens lost their second straight game, falling to Washington 16-10.

How cold was it that day. I notice Boomer has no jacket with nothing on his head but everyone else has something warmer on. I always think of the little ones.
It was actually a gorgeous day. I was in Baltimore at the time and we all walked around in T shirts.
