Longhorn Swimming And Diving To Host Texas Invitational This Weekend

From Penny Abrahams of UT – AUSTIN, TX – The No. 3-ranked Texas men’s swimming & diving team and the No. 12-ranked women’s swimming & diving team will host the Texas Invitational on Friday-Sunday, December 5-7 at the Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin.

The event, which will not have team scoring, features competitors from six Top 25 men’s teams and seven Top 25 women’s teams. The entrants on the men’s side include No. 3 Texas, No. 5 Tennessee, No. 8 Southern Methodist, No. 16 Nebraska and No. 18 Harvard. Women’s teams include No. 5 Arizona, No. 7 Nebraska, No. 12 Texas, No. 13 UCLA, No. 21 Arizona State and No. 22 Wisconsin.
