The dynamic backstroke duo of 1998 world champion, Lenny Krayzelburg, and 1996 Olympic champion, Brad Bridgewater, did a set last week that shows what it takes to be the best.

Lenny and Brad did the first five 200s in 2:14, 2:11, 2:09, 2:05, and 2:03.
On the final 200, Lenny clocked 1:58.5, Brad 1:59.2–both faster than the winning time at the European Championships last week!
