Learn About the USA’s Largest H.S. Swimming Invitational In Current Swimming World Issue
PHOENIX, Arizona, January 9. IT is high school swimming season throughout most parts of the country and Ohio high school swimming is now in full swing. SwimmingWorld.TV interviewed Pat Lundsford from Cincinnati, Ohio to talk about the biggest high school invitational in the country – The Southwestern Ohio Swimming and Diving Classic as seen on page 53 of the January issue of Swimming World
Learn how results are communicated and multiple facilities are used to accommodate more than 2,600 swimmers and divers representing more than 100 schools throughout 15 counties. The invitational offers high school and college events within a prelim and final format. The meet boasts a rare opportunity for high school swimmers to demonstrate their abilities in events beyond the normal high school event list
The Southwestern Ohio Swimming and Diving Classic will celebrate its 25th anniversary in January over the Martin Luther King Holiday with finals at the famed Keating Natatorium on the campus of St. Xavier High School. SwimmingWorld.TV will be at the event to tape highlights for watching later in the month.
