Langbane Cup: Sara Nordenstam Adds Third Norwegian Record

OSLO, Norway, June 1. SARA Nordenstam added her third Norwegian record of the meet during the final day of swimming at the Langbane Cup held in Oslo.

Nordenstam checked in with a time of 2:28.25 in the women's 200 breast. That performance knocked more than a second from Anne-Marie Gulbrandsen's 2:29.37 set back in 2006.

Earlier in the meet, she broke the 200 IM (2:18.58) and 400 IM (4:48.46) Norwegian records, the latter being of the 24-year-old variety previously owned by Katrine Bomstad since 1984.
