Stanford’s Katie Drabot made her first major team with her 200 fly second place finish on Wednesday in Irvine. She talked about what her training has been like with her event lineup switch. Drabot was known as a mid-distance freestyler but has developed into a solid 200 flyer this year and made her first major team in the event.

Drabot explained why she actually liked training butterfly over freestyle in practice and what types of sets she swims on a regular basis.
