Baker relives her experiences in Australia, hanging out with a squad of talented swimmers, and how spending time with several swimmers from UC-Berkeley influenced her decision to be a Golden Bear next fall. She also talked about training with the elite postgrad group at SwimMAC Carolina and the benefits of training with athletes her age as well. Baker says she had a feeling she would have a great 2014 after her breakthroughs last year, including medals at the junior world championships and the Duel in the Pool. She relives her runner-up finish in the 200 backstroke at nationals, and how being in lane one helped her throughout the race.
