does anybody know if the Masters World Champs have heats and finals, or is it just heats. For example if you are swimming the 100m Freestyle, do you have a maximum of one swim (or do the fastest go to a final)? Thanks!

For a Women’s Age 55+ 400 freestyle or 800 freestyle, does anyone know if you have to dive off the block as long as you meet the qualifying time without the dive?
