Featured Swim Camp: Arizona Swim Camp
The Arizona camp has attracted swimmers throughout the Southwest region and beyond. The combination of personalized filming, extensive pool sessions, and highly experienced Division I coaches makes the 2017 Arizona Swim Camp an incredible opportunity for campers to train in Tucson at one of the premier aquatic centers in the country.
EXTRA NIGHT ARIZONA SWIMMING DYNAMIC WEIGHT & DRYLAND TRAINING:
New in 2017 Arizona Swim is excited to provide campers access to their weight room staff, who works hand and hand with the USA Olympic Weight Coach in the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center, to make sure our work on land fits what the swimmers need in the water! This is not to lift weights and bulk up, it’s to teach specific exercises and drills on land that the athletes can take back to their club coaches in order to incorporate into their daily dryland! All the things Matt Grevers and our other Olympians follow!
Campers now have the option to add the Extra Night Arizona Swimming Dynamic Weight & Dryland Traning Clinic (Price: $155) to make your camp experience a 5 night, 6 day camp!
This year, Arizona is offering two sessions of overnight and extended day camp (9:00am-9:00pm) for ages 10-18. Instruction takes place each day at the Hillenbrand Aquatic Center, the home facility of the Arizona Wildcats. Our goal is to maximize swimming potential by helping swimmers to create a winning mindset and provide ongoing and constructive feedback in the pool to improve stroke technique.
