WASHINGTON, D.C. – Eric Robert Rudolph has been charged with the 1996 Olympic bombing and two other attacks in Atlanta. A criminal complaint charges Rudolph with the Olympic blast and the 1997 bombings of a gay bar and an abortion clinic, also in Atlanta. Hundreds of FBI and state and local law enforcement agents have searched for Rudolph in the mountains of North Carolina for the last 5 months, when he was placed on the FBI’s Most Wanted List with a $1 million reward on charges that he bombed a Birmingham, AL abortion clinic in January 1998.
